I have a bunch of seperate projects that I have to manage. I created a project plan for each one of them and a resource pool file. But whenever I add holidays to the calendar of any project or the resoruce pool itself and save and close the file and open it later I find out thet all the holiday entries have gone. I tried to enter those holidays into every file including the resource pool file. At first it looked ok. But when I opened the files later it was gone again.

I can not understand why this is happening. First of all, is your version of Project fully updated? It should be Winproj. If not, run Windows Update. Note, subscriptions forms of Project e. Project Online are automatically updated. How did you add the common holidays?

If you modified the default Standard calendar instead of creating a new custom calendar you may be losing your modifications when the Global version of the Standard calendar overrides your changes.
