How to Fix Outlook Search Problems | Comprehensive Guide

My outlook stopped picking up recent emails using the search function so I rebuilt the indexing as some people have suggest. Now tried rebuilding twice the search returns no search results.

Thank you for replying; however, I’ve done that already more than once, too. As you likely know, it’s very time consuming to get everything updated and restored with my settings, etc. I hope there is a better resolution than this. I understand that some of the steps might be time consuming.

The indexing seems to break every time I close and restart Outlook. The only indicator that came out of Offcat tool was that I should rebuild the index I am doing that every few days and it does not fix the issue.
