My scanner now works so much better than it did originally that I am incredulous. And that for a very small amount of money. Appreciate any help out there. Downloaded a new uupdated uninstall program from Brother and ran it. Use VueScan to get them on your computer, and off your to-do list. I have Windows 10 version and use a Brother printer.
